Troy L. Brady
Troy Brady has 27 years of experience in process safety, operations, maintenance, documentation development, training, and project management. His industrial experience includes chemical processing; refining; pulp and paper; general manufacturing; and fossil, hydro, and nuclear power generation.
Mr. Brady is an Industrial Psychologist in IPI’s Houston Office. Mr. Brady assists clients with a broad range of tasks including procedures compliance assessment, job and task analyses; design, development, and training program implementation and evaluation. Other services provided include developing technical documents including operating and maintenance procedures, operating limits tables, and training materials and evaluating the effectiveness of training and procedures.
During the last 18 years, Mr. Brady has developed and implemented management and documentation systems to support compliance with various Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulations, including the process safety management regulation (29 CFR 1910.119), and with the International Standards Organization quality series. He has conducted more than 50 job and task analyses and training needs analyses. He has served as an instructor for more than 50 workshops, teaching job and task analysis, effective procedure development, training material development, classroom presentation skills, and conducting effective on-the-job training.
Mr. Brady received his Undergraduate Degree in Business Management from the University of Tennessee. In 1990, Mr. Brady obtained his Master’s Degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the same school.
V. Earl Brown, Jr.
Mr. Brown has more than 30 years of experience in process safety, operations, maintenance, documentation development, training, project management, employee interviewing and selection, employee development, and performance appraisals. Mr. Brown was a member of the team that performed the onsite safety reviews of BP’s refineries for the Baker Panel. His industrial experience includes crude oil and gas exploration and production, oil and natural gas pipelines, chemical/petrochemical, refining, computer chip, pulp and paper, pharmaceutical, health care (both medical equipment manufacturing and actual hospital services), airline, general manufacturing, food and beverage, brewery/distillery, and fossil, hydro, and nuclear power generation.
Mr. Brown is an Industrial Psychologist in IPI’s Louisville, TN office. He provides personal consulting in the areas of organizational development, gap analysis, and compliance reviews or audits. Reviews or audits are conducted to evaluate an organization’s level of compliance with either (1) federal, state, and local regulatory requirements or (2) voluntary standards such as OSHA’s VPP or the ISO Quality Series. He is also an instructor for many of IPi’s courses and manages projects in the areas of training, documentation development, and organizational development.
Mr. Brown received his BS in Business Administration – Personnel Management and his Master’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of Tennessee.
Judy T. Brown
Ms. Brown has over 25 years experience in office management, office administration, property management (including selection, monitoring, and reviewing invoices of contractors), financial reporting, sales, inventory control, accounts/payable/receivable, expenditure disbursement, and fuel tax accounting and auditing. Her management experience includes managing teams up to 30. She has hands-on experience ranging from designing marketing brochures, to coordinating special events planning, to full office management. She has extensive experience in the operation of both non-profit and commercial organizations.
Ms. Brown has completed extensive work towards a BS in Business Administration at the University of Tennessee and numerous management development seminars.
